As a realtor with K2K Realty, you will work with clients to buy and sell properties, build, and maintain relationships with customers and clients, generate new business through networking and marketing efforts, manage contracts and negotiations, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:
· Prospect and build your client base
· Conduct property showings and client meetings
· Negotiate contracts and close deals
· Participate in team meetings and community outreach
· Maintain active engagement with CRM and marketing tools
Qualifications:
· Active real estate license in South Carolina (in process)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven success in sales or a strong desire to succeed
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Apple iWork, or equivalent) is preferred
· Be/become a member of the Realtor Association

· 1-2 years of administrative or real estate support experience is a plus

Responsibilities:
· Manage daily office operations and support agents with paperwork, scheduling, and client communications
· Maintain CRM, marketing materials, and online listings
· Assist with community outreach, event logistics, and marketing material preparation
· Handle inquiries via phone and email, schedule property showings and open houses
· Support bookkeeping, process invoices, and maintain transaction records
· Conduct market research to support listings and stay updated on real estate trends
Tools & Training:
· Familiarity with Realty Property Resource (RPR), ZipForms, and CRM tools preferred
· Participation in training sessions to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of administrative or real estate support experience preferred
